Legal Executive

Experience : 2-3 years of relevant experience (Excl. PQE)

Job Description:

1. Legal Research and Analysis

2. Drafting & Reviewing Legal Documents and Contracts

3. Knowledge of Securities Laws, Banking, Corporate, Insolvency, PMLA, Taxation, Arbitration, etc.

4. Attending Courts, Commissions & Tribunals, Practical experience of court work, Filing online as well as offline, Co-ordination with Court Administration, briefing Senior Advocates, etc.

5. Good Communication Skills and Ability to work independently and within a team.
