Advocate

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in UAE courts and legal proceedings
• Draft legal documents, contracts, agreements, and notices
• Provide legal advice on civil, criminal, commercial, and labor matters
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Prepare case files and attend hearings
• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) – Master’s degree preferred
• Valid UAE Advocate License (mandatory)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE Civil, Criminal & Labour Law
• Fluent in Arabic & English (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle cases independently
