Advocate- Arabic and English Speaker

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance to management on day-to-day business operations, including sales, service, and after-sales activities.
• Draft, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to vehicle sales, leasing, financing, supplier partnerships, and service contracts.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations, including RTA, consumer rights, labor laws, and corporate governance requirements.
• Handle legal aspects of employee relations, HR policies, and employment contracts.
• Manage and resolve legal disputes with customers, suppliers, or third parties through negotiation, arbitration, or litigation support.
• Advise management on risk management, liability issues, and regulatory changes affecting the automobile industry.
• Liaise with external legal firms, government departments, and regulatory bodies when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all legal matters.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or higher; UAE license to practice is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of legal advisory experience,
• Strong knowledge of UAE commercial law, labor law, and consumer protection regulations.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple legal matters simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory;

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
