ADVOCATE CIVIL (FREELANCER)

Person should have good knowledge in

  • Contractual Disputes: Issues related to breached or disputed agreements.
  • Property Disputes: Matters concerning ownership, possession, or inheritance of property.
  • Family Law: Cases involving divorce, child custody, and maintenance.
  • Personal Injury: Seeking compensation for damages caused by negligence or wrongful acts.
  • Consumer Rights: Protecting consumers from unfair business practices.
  • Debt Recovery: Assisting clients in reclaiming unpaid debts.
  • Business Law:- Solicit Client under different aspect of Business Law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Representation:Advocating for clients in court, before agencies, or in private settlements.
  • Legal Advice:Informing clients about their legal rights, obligations, and the advisability of taking legal action.
  • Case Preparation:Conducting thorough research, gathering evidence, and preparing legal documents like contracts, wills, and deeds.
  • Negotiation & Dispute Resolution:Negotiating settlements and acting as a mediator or arbitrator to resolve civil disputes outside of court.
  • Courtroom Advocacy:Presenting cases, arguing points, and submitting written and verbal presentations to judges.
  • Legal Interpretation:Interpreting complex laws, regulations, and court rulings to advise clients and guide legal strategy.
  • Supervision: Overseeing paralegals and legal assistants in case management and documentation.

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
