Associate & Sr. Associate – Litigation

· Independent Court appearances before: - High Court(s) both on Original Side and Appellate Side), District Courts, Arbitration Proceedings, Tribunals, etc.

Drafting and vetting of Legal Documents including:- Notices, Response-cum-Counter Notices, Suits, Plaints, Petitions, Writs, Complaints, Written Statement, Arbitration Petitions, Claims, Counter Claims Responses, Written Objections/ Arguments, etc.

Capable of forming Litigation Strategy, Research Skills on-line and off- line, Opinion work on complex legal, commercial, economic issues with special emphasis on scope of applicable Acts, Rules, Regulations, Notifications etc.

Special Requirements (Type/ Area of Work/ Practise)

Area Expertise: Knowledge/ Experience of IBC and/or Competition Laws will be an added advantage

Academic Qualifications - LL.B.

Years Post Qualification Experience 2 to 6 yr.

Type of Experience Litigation Chamber, Litigation Team of Law Firm. Litigation, Dispute Resolution & Regulatory. Candidate with exposure to Commercial/ Economic litigation matters will be given preference.

Language Requirements

1. English Proficiency in Speaking, Reading & Writing.

2. Kannada Proficiency in Speaking, Reading & Writing, Good communication skill.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹54,566.84 per month
