Profile - Advocate- Land Revenue

Job Summary:
Hiring an Advocate with hands-on experience in land revenue work, land documentation, and government coordination in Gujarat. The role focuses on supporting land acquisition, ensuring revenue compliance, and maintaining accurate land records for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage land revenue documentation including 7/12 Extract, 8A, PR Card, Mutation entries, Index-2, Property Cards, and village form records.
- Draft, review, and verify land-related agreements, MoUs, indemnity bonds, notarized documents, and affidavits.
- Conduct basic title search and land due diligence.
- Coordinate with Talati, Mamlatdar, Circle Officers, and Collector offices for land-related permissions.
- Handle processes for NA (Non-Agricultural) conversion, TP clearance, demarcation, and land survey activities.
- Support internal land acquisition team with legal compliance.
- Track government orders, circulars, and notifications relating to land and revenue matters.
- Manage objections, local disputes, and coordinate with external advocates when needed.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Gujarat Land Revenue Code, TP Act, and Local Land Laws.
- Strong drafting skills and ability to review legal documents.
- Good communication and negotiation with landowners & authorities.
- Ability to work independently and handle field-level challenges.
Qualification:
LL.B / Advocate license preferred.
