Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, including sale deeds, lease agreements, joint venture agreements, MoUs, and other real estate contracts.
- Providing legal advice on property acquisitions, land due diligence, title verification, and development approvals.
- Managing litigation and dispute resolution related to real estate matters.
- Coordinating with external legal counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable real estate laws, RERA, property registration, stamp duty, and municipal regulations.
- Advising management on legal risks and strategies for project execution.
- Maintaining legal records and documentation for ongoing and completed projects.
- Handling customer-related legal issues and supporting the sales team in contract finalization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university; Master’s degree (LLM) preferred.
- Expecting a Minimum of 3 – 6 years of experience as a Legal Advocate in the real estate sector.
- In-depth knowledge of property laws, real estate regulations (including RERA), and contract management.
- Strong experience in title search, due diligence, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
