Real Estate Legal Officer

1.) Conduct property due diligence, title verification, and mutation of land records.
2.) Draft, review, and register propertyrelated agreements (sale, lease, JDA, POA).
3.) Liaise with revenue authorities for land approvals and compliance.
4.) Handle stamp duty, registration, and property tax matters.
5.) Manage legal notices, dispute resolution, and ensure compliance with RERA & property laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Manage legal notices: 1 year (Preferred)
• Conduct property due diligence: 1 year (Preferred)
• Draft, review, and register property: 1 year (Preferred)
