Join our software and test engineering group as a Lead Automation Tester, where you will perform both manual and automated testing of AEM-based web applications and components.

You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and content authors to ensure quality across multiple environments. If you have strong skills in AEM testing and automation, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual and automated testing of AEM sites including author and publish environments
  • Validate templates, components, workflows, and content authoring functionalities within AEM
  • Conduct regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across different environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and validate testing requirements
  • Identify, document, and track defects through the defect management process
  • Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for regression and sanity test suites
  • Verify digital asset management (DAM) assets, metadata, and content deployment accuracy
  • Utilize browser developer tools to inspect and validate AEM page structures
  • Ensure testing activities align with QA methodologies, software development lifecycle, and Agile practices

Requirements

  • Experience of 8 to 14 years in testing AEM sites and components
  • Proficiency in API testing and understanding of AEM authoring concepts including templates, components, workflows, and assets
  • Hands-on experience with browser developer tools for inspecting AEM page structure
  • Basic automation skills using Selenium, Robot Framework, TestNG, Python, or Java
  • Familiarity with defect and test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Xray, and cross-browser testing platforms like BrowserStack
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, software development lifecycle, and Agile/Scrum frameworks
  • English proficiency suitable for effective communication in an international team

Nice to have

  • Experience testing AEM Forms or AEM Assets
  • Basic exposure to CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions
  • Knowledge of analytics tag validation including Adobe Analytics and Google Tag Manager
