Seasonal: Mid June - Mid to late August. We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented individual to help coordinate daily aerial application operations. (Aerial Cropdusting) This is a fast-paced, sometimes independent role working in a farm shop office environment, not a traditional office setting. This role requires someone who can stay organized under pressure and can stay one step ahead of a fast moving operation.
What You’ll Do:
- Schedule and manage aerial application jobs using mapping software
- Assign work to aircraft and keep operations running efficiently
- Track job progress and digital inventory
- Coordinate with pilots and ground crew throughout the day
- Stay ahead of aircraft demand and adjust schedules in real time
- Handle basic administrative tasks and communication with main office
- Answer phones, text customers, and create maps for customers on site.
Work Environment:
- Rural shop setting
- independent role while working alongside ground crew and pilots
- Fast-paced during peak hours
Schedule:
- Operations run sunrise to sunset, 6–7 days/week
- Hiring for AM and/or PM shifts
- Flexibility and reliability are required
- We start with slower operations and then ramp into an extremely busy peak season
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organization and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working independently at times without constant direction
- Basic math with the goal of efficiency, and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication (phone, in-person, team coordination)
- Comfortable with computers and learning new software
- Benefits not offered due to short term seasonal position
Preferred:
- Experience in agriculture, logistics, dispatch, or aviation
Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour
