Seasonal: Mid June - Mid to late August. We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented individual to help coordinate daily aerial application operations. (Aerial Cropdusting) This is a fast-paced, sometimes independent role working in a farm shop office environment, not a traditional office setting. This role requires someone who can stay organized under pressure and can stay one step ahead of a fast moving operation.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Schedule and manage aerial application jobs using mapping software</li><li>Assign work to aircraft and keep operations running efficiently</li><li>Track job progress and digital inventory</li><li>Coordinate with pilots and ground crew throughout the day</li><li>Stay ahead of aircraft demand and adjust schedules in real time</li><li>Handle basic administrative tasks and communication with main office</li><li>Answer phones, text customers, and create maps for customers on site.</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Rural shop setting</li><li>independent role while working alongside ground crew and pilots</li><li>Fast-paced during peak hours</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Operations run sunrise to sunset, 6&ndash;7 days/week</li><li>Hiring for AM and/or PM shifts</li><li>Flexibility and reliability are required</li><li>We start with slower operations and then ramp into an extremely busy peak season</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Strong organization and ability to multitask</li><li>Comfortable working independently at times without constant direction</li><li>Basic math with the goal of efficiency, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Clear communication (phone, in-person, team coordination)</li><li>Comfortable with computers and learning new software</li><li>Benefits not offered due to short term seasonal position</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in agriculture, logistics, dispatch, or aviation</li></ul>Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What are your hours of working availability Monday through Saturday during this seasonal time frame?</li><li>If multiple jobs need to be completed at the same time but you only have resources for one, how would you decide what gets done first?</li><li>In this role, you must stay ahead of aircraft demand at all times. Aerial Operations Office Coordinator

We are hiring seasonal full-time Agricultural Aviation Ground Crew to join our team for the 2026 summer season. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role in a unique aviation environment working outdoors supporting aerial application operations.New modern camper available on airport for out of state workers, or welcome to bring your own.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Mix and load crop protection products and fuel into aircraft safely and accurately</li><li>Communicate with and assist pilots during aircraft turnaround</li><li>Receive, track, and manage product inventory</li><li>Operate forklift and company pick up trucks with fuel trailers</li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation</li><li>Keep loading areas and equipment clean and organized</li><li>Perform basic maintenance on loading equipment</li><li>Multitask efficiently during fast-paced aircraft operations</li></ul>Work Environment &amp; Schedule:<ul><li>Outdoor work in varying weather conditions</li><li>Fast-paced aviation environment with safety-critical responsibilities</li><li>Standard full-time hours during normal operations</li><li>Peak season requires extended hours, weekends, and early start times (as early as 5:00 AM)</li><li>Shifts may run until sunset during peak periods</li><li>Peak demand typically lasts 3 weeks</li><li>Flexible scheduling for students returning to school (June&ndash;August focus, with flexibility)</li><li>Work takes place half in Chilton, and many times at airports around Wisconsin with our vehicles.
