Part-Time Studio Promotion & Administrative Coordinator

Location: Newbury Park / Thousand Oaks, CA

Pay: $20–$25 per hour

Schedule: Part-time (3–4 hours per day, 4–5 days per week)

Avatar Sports Aerial Arts Studio is a growing aerial arts and circus training studio serving children, teens, and adults. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and friendly part-time coordinator to help support the business side of the studio, including promotion, student enrollment, and administrative organization.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable speaking with families, and has strong sales and communication skills to help promote our programs and bring new students into the studio.

Responsibilities

• Promote studio programs including summer camps, aerial classes, and special events
• Respond to inquiries from new families and help guide them through registration and sign-ups
• Assist with marketing and community outreach
• Help manage student lists, registrations, and administrative organization
• Support social media posts and announcements
• Assist with organizing studio events, camps, and promotions

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly and comfortable working with kids and families
• Good communication and sales skills
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Comfortable speaking with parents and helping new students enroll
• Basic computer and social media skills
• Interest in dance, fitness, circus arts, or youth programs is a plus

We are looking for someone who can help actively promote programs and support the growth of the studio, not just complete routine administrative tasks.

Schedule

Part-time

3–4 hours per day

4–5 days per week

Preferred hours: late morning / early afternoon,early evening

Compensation

$20–$25 per hour depending on experience

Additional enrollment incentives may be available for successful program sign-ups.
