Aerospace Design Engineer

We are looking for a Design Engineer for our Aerospace domain.

Key Responsibilities

Aerospace Design Engineers are responsible for the thorough development of aerospace systems. They collaborate extensively with other engineers and project managers to ensure the practicality and viability of designs. From the initial concept to the final product, their job encompasses a spectrum of activities that ensure functionality, safety, and efficiency:

l Designing and testing components and systems for aircraft, drones, spacecraft, and satellites.

l Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and simulate designs.

l Performing detailed calculations to establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications.

l Overseeing and managing the assembly of airframes and the installation of engines, instruments, and other systems.

l Conducting experimental, environmental, operational, and stress tests on models and prototypes of aircraft and aerospace systems and equipment.

l Evaluating the feasibility, cost, and maintenance of designs.

l Documenting design processes and compliance with state, and local regulations.

l Maintaining current knowledge of technological advances in the field.

Key Tasks and Duties

l Collaborating with team members to identify design elements that do not conform to requirements.

l Configuring aerospace structures, systems, and components to ensure maximum efficiency.

l Ensuring that projects meet quality standards and handling documentation for certification purposes.

l Analyzing project proposals to determine feasibility, cost, and production time of aerospace or aeronautical products.

l Directing and coordinating activities of engineering or technical personnel involved in designing, fabricating, modifying, or testing of aircraft or aerospace products.

Education and Certification Requirements

l A bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering

l Proven experience with CAD software and familiarity with industry-standard testing and design procedures.

l Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills are crucial.

l Excellent communication skills for collaborating within cross-functional teams and articulating technical concepts clearly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
