Summary

An Aesthetic Clinic is seeking an experienced and business-driven Clinic Manager to lead the setup, operations, and growth of a new aesthetic clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in clinic operations, lead generation, client conversion, SOP development, and team performance management within the aesthetic or healthcare industry.

This role requires a highly operational and commercially focused professional who can help establish the clinic, optimize processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while driving business growth and patient satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee the full daily operations of the clinic and ensure smooth workflow management
• Assist in establishing and structuring clinic operations from the ground up
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinic SOPs, operational policies, and service standards
• Lead and supervise front desk, nursing, sales, and support staff
• Set, monitor, and evaluate staff KPIs and performance targets
• Drive lead generation strategies and improve patient/client conversion rates
• Ensure exceptional customer service and patient experience standards
• Coordinate with doctors and medical staff to optimize clinic efficiency
• Monitor appointment flow, revenue performance, and operational reporting
• Handle patient escalations, operational issues, and service recovery professionally
• Support marketing initiatives and business development activities to grow the clinic
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, hygiene standards, and clinic protocols
• Manage inventory, supplier coordination, and administrative operations

Requirements

• Previous UAE experience as a Clinic Manager within an aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, or healthcare clinic
• Proven experience managing or launching a new clinic operation
• Strong background in lead generation, sales conversion, and clinic growth strategies
• Experience developing SOPs, workflows, and operational systems
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Experience implementing KPIs and performance management systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Commercially minded with strong operational awareness
• Professional, polished, and patient-focused personality
• Immediate availability is mandatory

Ideal Candidate:
A highly proactive and operationally strong clinic leader with proven experience in establishing and growing aesthetic clinics, improving patient conversion, implementing systems, and building a high-performing team and clinic culture.

Pay: AED16,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
