We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail & Operations professional to join our growing team in the Beauty Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily retail and operational activities

* Manage store operations and customer experience

* Coordinate with suppliers and inventory management

* Monitor sales performance and staff productivity

* Ensure smooth day-to-day business operations

* Support marketing and promotional activities

* Maintain operational standards and reporting

Requirements:

* Previous experience in the Beauty/Retail industry is mandatory

* Strong operational and organizational skills

* Good communication and team management abilities

* Experience in customer handling and retail sales

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
