Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Aesthetic Doctor / General Practitioner with a strong background in aesthetic medicine to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, safety, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

A. Clinical & Aesthetic Services

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, medical assessments, and determine suitability for aesthetic treatments
• Provide evidence-based recommendations tailored to individual patient needs and expectations
• Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including (but not limited to):
• Botox and dermal fillers
• PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), skin boosters, and mesotherapy
• Laser and energy-based treatments
• Chemical peels and skincare-based therapies
• Anti-aging and regenerative treatments
• Monitor patient progress and ensure proper follow-up and comprehensive aftercare
• Manage complications promptly, professionally, and effectively

B. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure full compliance with DHA regulatory standards, policies, and clinical protocols
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient documentation and medical records
• Follow strict infection control and sterilization procedures at all times
• Participate actively in internal audits and quality improvement programs

C. Patient Care & Communication

• Deliver exceptional patient experience with professionalism, empathy, and ethical practice
• Educate patients thoroughly on treatment options, expected results, potential risks, and post-care instructions
• Build strong patient rapport to encourage retention, satisfaction, and referrals
• Maintain the highest standards of bedside manner and patient interaction

D. Operational & Team Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with nurses, therapists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Support the clinic in developing treatment packages, promotional recommendations, and new service offerings
• Attend trainings, workshops, and continuous medical education (CME) programs to maintain clinical competency
• Uphold the clinic's reputation through consistently high standards of practice and professional presentation

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential:

• Valid UAE DHA License as General Practitioner (or eligibility for DHA licensing)
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with at least 2-3 years specializing in aesthetic medicine
• Strong practical expertise in injectables (Botox, fillers), lasers, and advanced skin treatments
• Excellent diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication skills with ability to explain medical concepts clearly to diverse patients
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and patient-centered mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand aesthetic clinic environment

Desired:

• Certification or advanced training in aesthetic medicine procedures
• Experience with latest aesthetic technologies and treatment modalities
• Proven track record of patient satisfaction and treatment outcomes
• Fluency in multiple languages (Arabic, English, or other languages) is a plus
