Aesthetic General Practitioner- Profit Share model

About the Role

Skin Laundry is seeking for its Dubai team a highly skilled and commercially driven DHA licensed Aesthetic GP Doctor to join on a profit-sharing / independent engagement model.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Patient Care

• Conduct comprehensive consultations, skin assessments, and medical history reviews
• Develop and deliver personalized treatment plans aligned with Skin Laundry protocols and DHA regulations
• Perform a wide range of aesthetic procedures including:
• Botox and dermal fillers
• PRP, mesotherapy, and skin boosters
• Chemical peels and microdermabrasion
• Threads and non-surgical lifting treatments
• Monitor patient safety and outcomes, managing any complications appropriately

Advanced Aesthetic Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with laser and energy-based devices (IPL, RF, and advanced skin technologies)
• Expertise in delivering combination treatments, integrating injectables with device-based solutions
• Proven ability to treat a broad range of skin concerns including:
• Acne and acne scarring
• Pigmentation and melasma
• Skin laxity and aging concerns
• Uneven skin texture and tone
• Results-driven approach focused on skin health, rejuvenation, and long-term outcomes

Client Experience & Commercial Impact

• Build and maintain a strong personal client base while leveraging clinic leads
• Drive client retention, satisfaction, and repeat business
• Educate clients on treatment plans, expectations, and aftercare
• Contribute to clinic revenue growth through high utilization and performance

Clinical Governance & Compliance

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records
• Ensure full adherence to DHA regulations, infection control, and clinical protocols
• Support audit readiness and continuous improvement of SOPs

Team & Culture

• Collaborate closely with nurses and clinic teams for seamless client journeys
• Support and mentor junior staff where applicable
• Foster a professional, collaborative, and high-performance environment

RequirementsQualifications & Licensing

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution
• Valid DHA License as a General Practitioner with aesthetic privileges
• Certified in aesthetic medicine procedures
• Mandatory certifications: BLS, ACLS, Infection Control, Health & Safety
• Own UAE visa sponsorship

Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in aesthetic medicine
• Strong expertise in non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedures
• Proven experience with laser, IPL, RF, and skin technologies
• Demonstrated ability to build, retain, and grow a loyal client base

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong commercial mindset with focus on revenue and patient outcomes
• High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
• Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office

Language

• Fluency in English is essential
• Additional languages are highly advantageous
