Responsibilities

• Perform minimally invasive aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, assess suitability for treatments, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon or med spa software like Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and maintenance routines to optimize results.
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols and adhere to safety standards during all procedures to ensure client safety and compliance.
• Demonstrate product demos for skincare lines, injectables, and other aesthetic products to promote retail sales and client satisfaction.
• Engage in social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, treatment information, and promotional content to grow our online presence.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification; additional certifications in botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers are highly preferred.
• Proven experience in med spa or cosmetic clinic settings with expertise in facial injections and laser treatments.
• Strong management skills to coordinate appointments, client records, and inventory efficiently.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY; experience with salon software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly about procedures, expectations, and aftercare instructions.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices, body waxing, hair threading, nail care, makeup application, hair styling, eyelash extensions, tattooing, hair extensions, barbering skills, and color theory is advantageous.
• Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a guest-focused approach.
• Experience with social media management for marketing purposes is desirable.
