Front Desk / Skincare Sales Consultant (Bilingual – Licensed Esthetician)

Ingrid Miller Medical Spa is seeking a Licensed Esthetician with strong communication and sales skills to join our team as a Front Desk & Skincare Sales Consultant.

This role is ideal for an entry-level or early-career esthetician who loves client interaction, is confident speaking with people, and wants to grow in the sales and consultation side of a high-end medical spa.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in converting leads into booked appointments and treatment packages. You will be trained directly by Ingrid Miller, a Brazilian nurse with over 20 years of experience, using our exclusive consultation and sales approach.

This is not a cabin-only position. While the primary focus is client relations, consultations, scheduling, and sales, the professional will also perform selected treatments and evaluations when appropriate, creating additional opportunities for relationship-building and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in person, by phone, System and via WhatsApp
• Convert new leads into consultations and treatment bookings
• Perform skincare consultations and explain treatment options clearly and confidently
• Sell treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products (commission-based)
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Maintain a professional, organized, and luxury front desk environment
• Support the clinical team with client flow and communication

Requirements

• Active Florida Esthetician License (Full Specialist or Facial Specialist)
• Fluent English required
• Spanish required
• Strong communication skills and interest in sales
• Organized, reliable, and committed to professional growth
• Open to training and learning Ingrid Miller’s protocols and consultation method
• Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are welcome
