• Responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities in staffing and BPO/PEO service lines
• Own entire sales cycle: prospecting, territory strategy, execution, and client onboarding

• New Business Acquisition: Generate and close new opportunities to meet/exceed quotas
• Strategic Planning: Manage pipeline with Salesforce; develop long-term sales strategies
• Consultative Selling: Present executive summaries to C-suite stakeholders\ articulate ROI
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitive threats
• Client Stewardship: Manage renewal proposals and ensure service accuracy and efficiency
• Global Collaboration: Participate in monthly consulting meetings and travel for events/conferences

• Minimum 2 years progressive B2B sales in Payroll, HCM, PEO, or BPO (intangible sales)
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience/certifications
• Valid, non-restrictive driver's license and passport for occasional international travel
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
