Aesthetic Injector (NP/PA/RN) – Med Spa

Boston, MA & Waltham, MA (split between both locations)
$60–$80/hr + Commission
Full-Time | 4 Days per Week

McLean Aesthetics Staffing is hiring on behalf of a well-established, growing med spa in the Boston and Waltham area. We are seeking a skilled and personable Aesthetic Injector (NP, PA, or RN) who is passionate about aesthetics and delivering exceptional patient results.

Responsibilities:

• Perform aesthetic injections (Botox, dermal fillers, and other treatments)
• Conduct client consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on procedures, products, and aftercare
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a high-quality client experience
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Active NP, PA, or RN license in Massachusetts
• Minimum 2+ years of aesthetic injecting experience
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation (role requires travel between Boston & Waltham locations)
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude
