Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA)

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Compensation: $40 – $70 per hour + Performance-Based Bonus (depending on experience)

We are an established, premier medical aesthetics practice with a 14-year history of excellence in the Scottsdale area. As part of a strategic growth phase, we are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Injector to join our team.

With 8 state-of-the-art procedure rooms and a loyal, high-volume patient base, we provide the infrastructure and clinical support for you to excel. This role is ideal for a high-performer who is passionate about patient outcomes, continuous learning, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, facial assessments, and personalized treatment plans using a wide range of neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulants.

• Advanced Procedures: Administer injections with precision and an artistic eye for natural, balanced results. Experience with lasers or energy-based devices and/or weight loss protocols like GLP-1s is a significant plus.

• Patient Retention: Foster long-term relationships through exceptional bedside manner and proactive follow-ups.

• Business Growth: Actively participate in clinical social media content creation and internal marketing efforts to expand your book of business.

Qualifications & Experience

• Licensure: Active Arizona license as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA).

• Laser Safety Officer certification is a plus.

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated aesthetic injecting experience with a proven track record of clinical safety and aesthetic results.

• Professionalism: High level of motivation with a commitment to punctuality, clinical documentation, and a collaborative team spirit.
