We are seeking an experienced, polished, and patient-centered Medical Assistant who is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and delivering luxury-level care.
This position works directly alongside our aesthetic providers during injectable procedures, laser treatments, and wellness services. The ideal candidate understands that every detail matters—from preparing a treatment room to ensuring every patient feels welcomed, confident, and cared for throughout their visit.

What You'll Do
Be the Right Hand of Our Providers
- Assist providers during neurotoxin, dermal filler, laser, and aesthetic procedures
- Anticipate provider needs throughout treatments to ensure seamless patient care
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies before every procedure
- Maintain impeccable clinical organization and efficiency
Deliver a Luxury Patient Experience
- Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
- Escort patients through every stage of their visit while ensuring comfort and privacy
- Create an elevated, concierge-style experience that exceeds expectations
- Provide clear pre- and post-treatment education
Clinical Excellence
- Capture standardized before-and-after photography
- Perform skin assessments and hair analysis testing
- Maintain sterile technique and infection control standards
- Prepare and sterilize instruments
- Maintain treatment room inventory and organization
- Accurately document patient encounters in medical records
Team Collaboration
- Partner closely with providers, patient coordinators, and medical team members
- Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day
- Contribute to a positive, professional, solution-oriented culture

QualificationsRequired
- Medical Assistant certification or registration preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of Medical Assistant experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
- Commitment to confidentiality and patient-centered care
Highly Preferred
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Medical aesthetics
- Plastic surgery
- Dermatology
- Cosmetic dentistry
- Facial plastics
- Luxury medical practice
- Luxury hospitality or concierge customer service
