fillir is expanding, and we are excited to introduce our newest location in Tampa, Florida, tentatively opening early Summer 2026. We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative aesthetic medicine team and help launch this exciting new market.

In this role, you will deliver advanced cosmetic treatments and personalized skincare solutions, helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals with confidence. Your expertise will combine clinical proficiency with a passion for enhancing natural beauty, creating a positive and empowering experience for every client.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures including botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, and laser treatments, ensuring patient safety and optimal results
• Conduct comprehensive consultations including medical history review, facial assessment, skin analysis, and customized treatment planning
• Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-procedure care to ensure an informed and confident experience
• Maintain accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems while adhering to HIPAA compliance standards
• Manage patient flow efficiently, including consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments
• Maintain strict sterile technique and infection control protocols during all procedures
• Collaborate with the fillir team to deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with our brand standards
• Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine through ongoing training, certifications, and educational opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida
• Previous experience performing botulinum toxin and dermal filler treatments preferred
• Experience with aesthetic lasers and skin treatments preferred
• Strong clinical background with familiarity using EMR/EHR systems or Boulevard
• Knowledge of medical terminology, aesthetic procedure documentation, and HIPAA compliance
• Excellent consultation and communication skills with the ability to educate and guide clients through treatment plans
• Passion for aesthetics, patient experience, and helping clients look and feel their best

Pay: $46.72 - $56.27 per hour
