Experienced Aesthetic Injector

About the Role

At Kontour, we believe aesthetic medicine is both a science and an art. We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who delivers exceptional aesthetic outcomes while prioritizing education, empathy, and thoughtful treatment planning.

The ideal candidate brings strong clinical experience in aesthetic injectables, a refined understanding of facial anatomy, and a passion for creating natural, balanced results. At Kontour, we prioritize integrity, artistry, and patient trust in every recommendation we make.

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal provider reflects the qualities that make Kontour clinicians exceptional: an educator at heart, an artist by hand, and a clinician in spirit.

We’re seeking a provider with at least two years of hands-on aesthetic experience, strong injectable technique, and the ability to guide patients through thoughtful, personalized treatment plans. If you are passionate about aesthetics, committed to delivering natural results, and motivated to continue refining your craft, you will thrive at Kontour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess patient concerns, goals, and medical history
  • Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, etc.), dermal fillers, PRP injections, and biostimulators
  • Perform aesthetic procedures including microneedling, chemical peels, laser treatments, and medical weight loss injections
  • Educate patients clearly and compassionately on treatment plans, pre- and post-care, and realistic expectations
  • Apply strong facial anatomy knowledge and aesthetic judgment to deliver balanced, natural-looking results
  • Confidently recommend, modify, or decline treatments when they are not in the patient’s best interest
  • Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation
  • Stay current with industry techniques, safety protocols, and emerging treatments
  • Collaborate with aestheticians and team members to create comprehensive treatment plans
  • Uphold the luxury patient experience and clinical standards Kontour is known for
  • Occasionally participate in educational or social media content that highlights treatments and patient education

Qualifications

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA-C)
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience performing aesthetic injectable treatments
  • Strong proficiency with Botox and dermal fillers
  • Availability to work evenings and 1–2 Saturdays per month
  • Excellent consultation and patient communication skills
  • Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic balance
  • Calm, confident bedside manner and professional presence
  • High attention to detail and strong clinical judgment
  • Self-motivated with initiative and integrity

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience with advanced injectable techniques
  • Familiarity with biostimulators, PRP, and regenerative treatments
  • Experience with laser treatments or energy-based devices
  • Comfortable being featured in educational or social media content
  • Team-first mindset and openness to feedback
