At Thistle Medical Aesthetics, we are seeking an experienced, passionate, and patient-focused Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a collaborative group of providers and estheticians in a beautiful, modern practice dedicated to delivering outstanding outcomes and an unmatched client experience.

What You'll Do:

• Perform aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRF/PRP, and other injectable treatments with a strong understanding of facial anatomy, product selection, dosing, injection technique, safety protocols, and individualized aesthetic treatment planning.
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and long-term aesthetic goals
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation
• Collaborate with providers, estheticians, and support staff to ensure exceptional patient care
• Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, team-oriented culture

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Virginia
• Minimum 3 years of aesthetic injecting experience required
• Strong consultation and communication skills
• Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and continued learning
• Professional, warm, and relationship-focused demeanor
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury client environment
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to patient safetyAbility to gain, maintain, and cultivate client relationships
