Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative skincare and aesthetic medicine team. In this role, you will deliver expert aesthetic treatments, including dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, and laser procedures, to help clients achieve their beauty goals while ensuring the highest standards of safety and patient care. Duties
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other skin rejuvenation techniques with precision and care.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, skin analysis, and treatment planning tailored to individual needs.
- Educate clients on treatment options, post-procedure care, and realistic outcomes to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Maintain meticulous medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic protocols using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks.
- Ensure all procedures adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control standards to guarantee patient safety.
- Manage patient flow efficiently by scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and providing telehealth consultations when appropriate.
- Stay current with industry advancements by participating in ongoing training on esthetic laser treatments, injectable techniques, and new technologies.
Experience
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license with certification in aesthetics or advanced practice nursing.
- Proven experience performing Botox (botulinum toxin treatment), dermal fillers, and laser procedures in a clinical or medspa setting.
- Strong background in medical office management systems such as Athenahealth or Cerner.
- Experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, or individuals with special needs such as developmental disabilities or memory care patients is a plus.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dermatology, physiology, and anatomy relevant to aesthetic treatments.
- Familiarity with CPT coding for billing purposes related to aesthetic procedures is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other healthcare professionals. Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
