AESTHETIC SALES CONSULTANT

Summary

Our clinic is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive cum Aesthetic Consultant to drive client acquisition, consultation conversions, and treatment package sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background within the aesthetic, cosmetic, wellness, or medical sector and possess excellent relationship-building and closing skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with prospective clients and assess their treatment goals
• Recommend suitable aesthetic, slimming, and wellness treatments and packages
• Convert inquiries and consultations into paying clients
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
• Upsell and cross-sell clinic services, treatments, and packages
• Coordinate closely with therapists and medical staff to ensure a smooth client journey
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities within the CRM system
• Handle client inquiries professionally and resolve concerns where appropriate
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and business development initiatives

Requirements

• Previous sales experience within an aesthetic clinic, cosmetic clinic, wellness center, slimming center, or medical spa is mandatory (preferably in the UAE)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and converting consultations into sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent customer service and presentation abilities
• Confidence in discussing aesthetic and wellness treatments with clients
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools is an advantage
• Target-driven, proactive, and commercially focused mindset
• Immediate availability required

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
