Duties

• Perform a wide variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments to address individual client needs.
• Provide advanced services such as botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, hair extensions, body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, and tattooing.
• Deliver professional hair styling and barbering services, including straight razor shaves and color theory consultations.
• Conduct product demos and upsell retail skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products to enhance client results and satisfaction.
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY; maintain accurate client records.
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Engage with guests through excellent customer service, social media management, and guest services to foster loyalty and positive reviews.
• Assist at the front desk by answering inquiries, booking appointments, and managing daily operations efficiently.
• Stay current with industry trends by participating in ongoing training on topics like nail care, deep tissue massage, color theory, and new esthetic techniques.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar skincare/beauty role within a med spa or salon environment.
• Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetician licensing as required by state law; additional certifications in Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments or tattooing are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY; experience with social media management is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures in a spa or salon setting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on treatments and product benefits effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell services and retail products confidently while maintaining genuine guest interactions.
• Experience with hair styling techniques including hair threading, coloring, and barbering preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
