• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and esthetic laser treatments.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
• Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium and MINDBODY.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products and services.
• Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance client engagement.
• Upsell products and services to increase sales while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment and seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in aesthetics, including hair extensions, hair threading, deep tissue massage, makeup application, tattooing, and nail care.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license is required.
• Proven experience in a med spa or salon setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of color theory and retail sales techniques is advantageous.
• Experience with various aesthetic procedures such as dermabrasion, straight razor techniques, and barbering is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for the beauty industry along with an understanding of current trends and technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $75.00 per hour
