Beacon Dermatology is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing cosmetic dermatology program. About the Role

The ideal candidate will provide professional aesthetic treatments while helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful skin through personalized care and education.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing professional skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, advanced skin treatments and lasers
• Providing comprehensive skincare consultations and treatment planning
• Educating patients on medical-grade skincare products and post-treatment care
• Supporting cosmetic procedures and collaborating with dermatology providers
• Building long-term patient relationships and delivering an exceptional patient experience
• Maintaining treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with clinical and safety standards

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Aesthetician / Esthetician license
• Passion for skin health, aesthetics, and patient education
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced medical practice
• Dermatology or medical aesthetics experience preferred

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
