About Us: CR8 Health is a premier anti-aging, wellness, and longevity clinic in Delray Beach, dedicated to helping patients live their healthiest, most vibrant lives. We offer individualized health programs including hormone replacement therapy, weight management, peptides, aesthetic treatments, vitamin IV therapy, and cutting-edge wellness services.

Position: Aesthetician (Full-Time). We are also open to experienced aestheticians who prefer to rent space and operate independently with their own book of clients.

Location: Delray Beach, FL

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. This role combines facials, micro needling, skin care and sales. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, patient-focused wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities: Perform facials, micro needling and other aesthetic services. - Administer skincare consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products based on individual client needs. - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment according to state regulations. - Educate clients on proper skin care routines and product usage. - Support sales of skincare products and promote additional services in a professional manner. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits. - Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and industry standards in skincare and aesthetics.

Qualifications: - Valid Esthetician license in the state of Florida. - Previous experience in a spa, medical spa, or wellness clinic preferred. - Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor.
