Duties

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including HydraFacial's, acne facial's, microdermabrasion, lash and brow tinting, laser hair removal, just to name a few.
• Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively to address various skin concerns.
• Conduct skin analysis to recommend personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring a clean treatment environment at all times.
• Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and explaining their benefits during consultations.

Skills

• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a hygienic workspace.
• Certified in cosmetology or related fields with a valid license where applicable.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments and engaging clients effectively.
