Aesthetician

At Auré Medspa, we are building a luxury, results-driven med spa focused on helping clients look and feel their absolute best through advanced aesthetic treatments, exceptional customer experience, and personalized care.

We are looking for a passionate, professional, and motivated Licensed Esthetician who is excited to grow within the aesthetics industry and be part of a fast-growing, high-end med spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments and facials
• Conduct client consultations and recommend treatment plans/products
• Assist with Hydrafacial treatments and advanced skincare services
• Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care
• Maintain treatment rooms, sanitation standards, and inventory
• Deliver a luxury client experience from start to finish
• Assist with med spa operations and team collaboration
• Help promote memberships, packages, and retail products
• Stay current on skincare trends, products, and aesthetic treatments

Qualifications

• Active Texas Esthetician License
• Strong passion for aesthetics, skincare, and client care
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Sales confidence and ability to build client relationships preferred
• Experience with Hydrafacial, advanced facials, laser, or med spa treatments is a plus (but not required)
