We are seeking a passionate and skilled Aesthetician to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments that enhance clients’ natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise in skincare, body treatments, and beauty services will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. As an Aesthetician, you will also educate clients on skincare routines, recommend suitable products, and promote retail sales to support their ongoing wellness journey. Duties

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and microneedling with precision and professionalism
• Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, following all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
• Demonstrate product demos to educate clients about skincare lines and other beauty essentials
• Maintain strict sanitation standards throughout all procedures to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
• Engage in retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products based on individual client needs
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their goals, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations for ongoing skincare routines

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state or local regulations
• Strong communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and team members
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to uphold health standards in all treatments
• Experience with retail product demos and upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
• Passion for skincare, beauty trends, and helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals
• Strong work ethic is a must
