Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Aesthetician to join our team. We are a Family Medicine Clinic who have now added Aesthetics, Skin care and Wellness program. In this role, you will be the Lead-Aesthetician and will deliver exceptional skincare treatments and beauty services that enhance our clients’ confidence and well-being. You will be using state-of-the-art Laser and Microneedling devices to deliver this care. Your expertise will help create a warm welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for, while also promoting retail products and additional services to support their beauty goals. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a vibrant, customer-focused setting. Increased number of clients will increase your hours per week and will reflect directly on your pay rate as well.

Duties

• Perform variety of Clinical applications using Rohrer Spectrum Laser device
• Perform a variety of skincare treatments using Rohrer PiXel 8 RF microneedling device with precision and care.
• Administer treatments like Botox, Daxxify, dermal fillers
• Perform skincare treatments like Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels and Dermaplaning.
• Manage retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and beauty solutions that meet clients’ needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning and sterilizing equipment and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
• Offer excellent customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, answering questions thoroughly, and creating a positive experience that encourages repeat visits.

Requirements

• Valid aesthetician license as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments using microneedling device (Critical Factor for hire).
• Knowledge of aesthetic Laser treatments and advanced skin care techniques is highly desirable (Critical Factor for hire).
• Familiarity with software systems for appointment booking and client management. (Not a required skill but will have a positive impact).
• Strong retail sales skills with the ability to recommend products confidently to clients.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Commitment to sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
