Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various aesthetic treatments and services, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. This role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with clients about their needs and preferences.

Duties

• Provide a range of aesthetic services.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with industry standards.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance client experiences and outcomes.
• Assist with front desk operations including guest services, appointment scheduling, and product demos.
• Manage social media accounts to promote services and engage with clients effectively.
• Upsell additional services to enhance client satisfaction while meeting business goals.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in aesthetics and continuously improve skills through training.

Skills

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Perform esthetic laser treatments with precision and care, ensuring client safety and satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
• Familiarity with hospitality practices to create an inviting atmosphere for clients.
