Full-Time Aesthetician – Naperville, IL

We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and sales-driven Full-Time Aesthetician to deliver high-quality treatments, build strong client relationships, and grow with our expanding company.

Schedule
Monday – Friday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation
$20 per hour + 10% commission on retail and service sales
Monthly performance-based bonuses

Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 6–12 months of aesthetic experience preferred
MedSpa experience is required
Strong knowledge of skincare services and products

Experience performing the following treatments is required:

• Microneedling
• Chemical Peels
• HydraFacial
• Body treatments
• Laser treatments

Sales & Client Engagement (Very Important)
Comfortable recommending and selling skincare products and services
Ability to educate clients on treatment plans and product benefits
Motivated to meet sales goals and increase client retention
Willing to upsell when appropriate while maintaining excellent client care
