Full-Time Aesthetician – Rockville, MD

We are looking for a passionate, skilled, and sales-driven Full-Time Aesthetician who is confident in providing advanced treatments, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to a high-performing spa environment.

Schedule

Monday – Friday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation

$30 per hour + 3% commission on your own sales + tips

Additional monthly performance-based bonuses available.

We are an established spa with current clients and a fully booked schedule, giving the right candidate immediate earning potential and steady clientele from the start.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months of aesthetic experience preferred
• MedSpa experience is required
• Strong knowledge of skincare services and products
• Experience performing the following treatments is required:
• Microneedling
• Chemical Peels
• HydraFacial
• Body treatments
• Laser treatments

Sales & Client Engagement (Very Important)

• Comfortable recommending and selling skincare products and services
• Ability to educate clients on treatment plans and product benefits
• Motivated to meet sales goals and increase client retention
• Willing to upsell when appropriate while maintaining excellent client care
