Bare Skin is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team. This position is flexible (part-time or full-time) for the right fit and ideal for someone passionate about results-driven skincare, customized treatment plans, and building long-term client relationships.

We’re looking for someone who is not only skilled, but collaborative, personable, and genuinely takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience.

This role may be especially appealing to someone currently working in a fast-paced spa or medspa environment who is looking for a more supportive atmosphere, sustainable pace, and stronger focus on thoughtful, individualized patient care. This is not an entry-level position.

Requirements

• Active aesthetician license required
• 2+ years of aesthetics or medspa experience required
• Strong facial and skincare knowledge required
• Experience with advanced treatments required (chemical peels, dermaplaning, customized facial, etc)
• Strong understanding of skincare products and homecare recommendations
• Existing clientele/book of business strongly preferred
