Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician Esthetician to join our medical practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare, cosmetic treatments, and client service, with the ability to perform a variety of aesthetic procedures. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance patient well-being through personalized skincare solutions while contributing to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments and assist with skin rejuvenation procedures.
• Provide expert consultations to assess clients' skincare needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Manage patient appointments efficiently using EMR software such as AthenaHealth
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and aftercare instructions and medications to promote optimal results.
• Stay current with industry trends, new treatment techniques, and certifications related to esthetic laser treatments, Coolsculpting, HydraFacials, ZO Skincare, Emsculpt, Emsella, Sofwave, and other advanced procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license with experience in medical spa or clinical settings preferred.
• Proficiency in management software for scheduling and client management.
• Strong knowledge of skin care products.
• Knowledge of dermal fillers, Botox, and lasers is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively while providing exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes is a plus.

Pay: $14.00 - $100.00 per hour
