This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced provider who wants to expand their expertise, work with advanced devices, and deliver transformative results for clients.

Responsibilities

· Perform comprehensive client consultations

· Develop customized treatment plans based on client goals

· Perform advanced aesthetic and body contouring treatments, including:

o Body contouring and muscle toning treatments

o Skin tightening treatments

o RF Microneedling

o Microneedling

o Hydrafacial® treatments

o Chemical Peels

o Dermaplaning

o LED Light Therapy

o Hair restoration treatments

o Other advanced aesthetic procedures

· Educate clients on treatment options, expectations, and home care

· Recommend professional skincare products when appropriate

· Recommend and sell additional products and services

· Maintain accurate client documentation

· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment

· Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional care and results

Qualifications

· Current Arizona Aesthetician License (Required)

· Laser certification preferred

· Minimum of 2 years of aesthetic treatment experience preferred

· Experience with advanced aesthetic technologies

· Experience with BTL devices highly preferred

· Experience performing body contouring treatments highly desirable

· Strong consultation and communication skills

· Professional, dependable, and client-focused

· Comfortable educating clients and recommending customized treatment plans

· Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and continued learning
