Esthetician/Laser Technician

We are expanding! We are seeking a licensed Aesthetician/ Laser Technician with 3 – 5 years + of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare and technology, has excellent interpersonal skills, and thrives in a results-driven, collaborative environment. We specialize in aesthetic services such as facials, lasers, injectables, and skin rejuvenation. Our team is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best.

• Pay is based on experience. Hourly or commission based compensation; discussed at interview.
• Clients/social media following is a plus.
• Potential start date: September 2026

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including Hydrafacials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and more.
• Operate laser devices for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, vascular lesions, and other laser treatments.
• Maintain accurate treatment records, detail and chart all procedures, and document medical history.
• Conduct detailed skin consultations, assess client concerns, and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products.
• Build strong client relationships to promote return visits, memberships, and product sales.
• Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be polished,professional and takes genuine interest in patient’s needs and concerns.
• Must be well organized and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to take on challenges and achieve performance goals
• Tech savvy and be able to safely operate all equipment and electronic devices
• Thorough technical knowledge of services and specific techniques utilized.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
