Position: Aesthetician/Laser Technician at Arizona MedLaser (Glendale Location)

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Aesthetician/Laser Technician to join our team at our Glendale location. In this role, you will perform a variety of laser and body treatments, helping clients achieve their skincare goals with precision and expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Laser Treatments: Perform laser procedures, including laser hair removal and carbon peel lasers, ensuring safety and client satisfaction.
• Body Treatments: Administer treatments such as Lipo Cavitation, Body Contouring, and Cryo Fat Freeze.
• Sanitation Standards: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and treatment areas according to industry regulations.
• Retail Sales: Recommend and promote skincare products to clients based on their specific needs.
• Spa Software: Efficiently manage client appointments, treatment records, and inventory using salon software systems.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, explaining procedures, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Requirements:

• A customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service at all times.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to interact with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple appointments, inquiries, and administrative tasks.
• Basic sales skills and the ability to upsell products to clients.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role or a customer-facing position.
• Experience in sales is a plus.
• Knowledge of the MedSpa industry or aesthetics field is beneficial.
