European Wax Center is looking for talented and enthusiastic Wax Specialists to join our team. If you’re passionate about skincare, confident in your craft, and love helping guests look and feel their best, we’d love to meet you!

Position Overview

As a Wax Specialist, you’ll deliver exceptional waxing services, educate guests on skincare and products, and provide a warm, professional experience from start to finish. We provide ongoing training, development, and career growth opportunities.

Pay Structure

Starting Blue Level Hourly: $13 per hour

Performance-Based Earnings Include:

• Service credit bonuses
• Retail bonuses
• SPT (Service Performance Tier) bonuses
• Gratuity

Typical Earnings:After 4–6 weeks of building your reservation book, new Wax Specialists commonly earn $20–$25 per hourwith bonuses and tips.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist
• Passion for waxing and skincare
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Willingness to educate guests and recommend products
• Weekend availability preferred
