Job Description:

Aesthetics Lab is seeking a skilled and professional Aesthetician with 1–2 years of experience in the aesthetics/skin care industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a range of skin and aesthetic treatments, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform aesthetic procedures such as facials, HydraFacial, PRP assistance, skin rejuvenation, laser treatments, and other non-invasive treatments.
• Conduct client consultations to assess skin concerns and recommend suitable treatments.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards in compliance with company policies.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and available services.
• Assist senior doctors and practitioners during advanced procedures when required.
• Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Keep updated with the latest skincare techniques, products, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors, Diploma/Certification in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or relevant field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience as an Aesthetician (clinic or spa experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and cosmetic procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and client-focused attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical environment.
