Aesthetics Counsellor

Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident and empathetic Aesthetics Clinic Counselor to manage patient consultations, explain aesthetic and surgical procedures, and assist in converting inquiries into confirmed treatments and surgeries.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel patients for aesthetic and cosmetic surgical procedures (in-clinic & online)

Explain treatment plans, procedures, pricing, and post-care clearly and ethically

Handle patient inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and walk-ins

Coordinate appointments, investigations, surgery dates, and follow-ups

Maintain patient records and ensure smooth pre- & post-surgery communication

Work closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure patient satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
