Aesthetics Nurse - Injector

We are seeking an experienced and licensed NP or RN Aesthetic Injector to join our growing medical spa team. This position combines expertise in medical aesthetics, wellness, and modern weight management treatments, including GLP-1 therapies.

The ideal candidate will perform advanced injectable procedures such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PDO lifting threads, deoxycholic acid (Kybella) injections, biostimulatory injectables (Radiesse®, Sculptra®), PRP/PRF for facial rejuvenation and hair restoration, and GLP-1 weight loss management with Tirzepatide and Semaglutide.

We are looking for a self-motivated, ethical, and proactive professional who can thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment, maintain an exceptional bedside manner, and consistently uphold the highest safety and client care standards.

Qualifications:

• Active NP or RN license in good standing within the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic injectables and wellness-based medicine.
• Laser or energy-based device experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
• Excellent communication skills and patient education ability.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced injectable and wellness treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PDO threads, PRP, and GLP-1 injections for weight management.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations, obtain informed consent, and document treatments in compliance with medical board standards.
• Assist with day-to-day clinic operations, patient education, and inventory management.
• Capture and maintain before-and-after graphy.
• Promote services and skincare products to meet individual and clinic sales goals.
• Ensure adherence to all treatment protocols, emergency procedures, and manufacturer safety guidelines.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Medical Director and team regarding patient care, adverse events, and new treatment protocols.

• Schedule: Flexible, including availability on Saturdays
• Typical Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (may vary by location)

Compensation:

Starting pay is $ 35-60 per hour or per treatment, with performance-based incentives and commission opportunities. Benefits may include continuing education support, discounted services, and product perks.
