Position Overview
Good Morning Agadir is seeking a high-caliber Affiliate Marketing Director to spearhead our partner expansion and revenue growth from our Al Wakrah operations center. As the strategic lead for our affiliate ecosystem, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing high-performance partnerships across the MENA region and international markets.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist with a deep understanding of the "attention economy." You should possess the analytical rigor to manage complex commission structures and the interpersonal skills to lead a multidisciplinary team of account managers and digital creators.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Design and execute a global affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with Good Morning Agadir’s revenue objectives and brand positioning.
- Network Expansion: Identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier affiliates, influencers, and media partners within the travel, lifestyle, and hospitality sectors.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (ROAS, EPC, and Conversion Rates) to ensure maximum ROI for all affiliate campaigns.
- Technical Oversight: Direct the integration of affiliate tracking platforms and ensure seamless attribution across web and mobile interfaces.
- Compliance & Integrity: Establish and enforce strict brand guidelines and anti-fraud protocols to maintain the quality of the affiliate network.
- Data Management: Utilize advanced Excel functions (XLOOKUP, Macros) to consolidate partner data, automate payout calculations, and generate executive-level performance reports.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the Al Wakrah office and international departments to ensure cross-border campaign alignment.
- Team Mentorship: Lead and scale the affiliate marketing department, fostering a culture of authenticity and high-velocity experimentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 12+ years in digital marketing, with at least 5 years specifically in a senior affiliate management or directorial role.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, PartnerStack, or Awin) and familiarity with ERP systems (D365) for resource scheduling.
- Languages: Professional fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic or French is a significant advantage given our brand's regional focus.
- Analytical Skills: Expert-level command of Microsoft Excel for data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
