We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing affiliate partnerships, optimizing campaigns, and driving revenue growth through effective affiliate marketing strategies. Proficiency in Excel is a must-have skill for this role, along with a bachelor's degree.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement affiliate marketing campaigns and initiatives to meet or exceed targets.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align affiliate marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with affiliate program terms and conditions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Fresh - 6 months
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools is a plus.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
